DILL 2025: Leadership in Action

The Dare to Invest in Learning to Lead (DILL) Program is now well underway, and our incredible cohort is making powerful strides!

From interactive workshops to thought-provoking discussions and hands-on community engagement, this year’s participants are actively building their leadership skills and deepening their commitment to civic life, economic justice, and social change.

If you're inspired by what you see and want to be part of the next cohort, please inquire with the Washington County Chapter Team by email at wacostaff@uniteoregon.org.

About the Program

We believe those most affected by community challenges are best positioned to lead change. DILL offers interactive, participant-driven sessions using a popular education model to develop leadership skills and foster collective action in civic engagement, economic empowerment, and social justice.

Program Details:

  • Participants must commit to all sessions to graduate, receive a stipend, and earn certification. Any missed sessions require prior communication (no exceptions).

  • Those with prior civic engagement experience are encouraged to apply to build relationships and provide mentorship to newcomers.
