DILL 2025 is Underway!

The Dare to Invest in Learning to Lead (DILL) Program is now in full swing!

Our incredible cohort has begun their leadership journey, diving into workshops, discussions, and hands-on learning experiences. If you're interested in future opportunities, keep an eye on this space!

We believe those most affected by community challenges are best positioned to lead change. DILL offers interactive, participant-driven sessions using a popular education model to develop leadership skills and foster collective action in civic engagement, economic empowerment, and social justice.

Program Details:

Participants must commit to all sessions to graduate, receive a stipend, and earn certification. Any missed sessions require prior communication (no exceptions).
Those with prior civic engagement experience are encouraged to apply to build relationships and provide mentorship to newcomers.

Part One: Cohort Trainings (In-Person in Hillsboro)
📅 Saturdays | 10 AM - 4 PM: March 22, April 5, and 19

Part Two: Cohort Meetings (Virtual on Zoom)
📅 Tuesdays | 6 PM - 8 PM: May 6, 13, and 20

Graduation: In-Person (Hillsboro)
📅 Saturday | 11 AM - 2 PM: June 7
