Obson César is a Brazilian who grew up in the city of Sao Paulo and holds a Bachelor in Communication & Marketing from UAM. He was born in a small county in the semi-arid northeastern part of Brazil, until his family migrated to Sao Paulo in his early years. Since 2017, he is based in Portland. This path through intercultural places has given him an interesting perspective on diverse populations.While in University, he worked as a designer for the children’s shelter “Frutos do Bem”, to support them and to spread their work.As an Art Director, Obson has been developing creative projects with photographers and filmmakers for advertising campaigns. He began as an Art Director for the agency Purple Cow, conceptualizing and working on content creation and storytelling for national campaigns of local and global brands.Obson joined Unite Oregon in 2018 to strengthen their digital presence, through storytelling of marginalized communities.
