KATU An event posted to Facebook by organizers with Unite Oregon invited protesters to meet at noon at the Terry Schrunk Plaza, downtown between 3rd and 4th Avenue on Southwest Madison. A crowd of more than 300 people gathered in the park at noon, based on an estimate from our reporters.
